A girl whose daughter died due to docs’ failings says medics haven’t had the “decency” to apologise.

Sian Hollands, 25, died from a pulmonary embolism at Darent Valley Hospital, Kent, in November 2015.

A coroner dominated in April in inspecting, diagnosing and treating her.

One physician is being investigated by the Common Medical Council, however the hospital has confirmed he continues to practise.

Ms Hollands’ mom Nicole Smith stated she is livid no-one has confronted sanctions.
